TKC ERP Software Change Notification
Dear Valued Customer
As part of TKC’s continued growth and development we are moving our entire operational system from Pegasus Opera to Microsoft Dynamics on Thursday & Friday this week. We are taking this step in pursuit of a more advanced and future focussed system which will benefit us all.
As with all major systems changes, we anticipate some disruption whereby we will be closed on 1st & 2nd October to ensure all migration has been completed correctly ahead of re-opening Monday 5th October. We do anticipate some steep learning curves and tech challenges our end, but remain confident we can overcome these, especially with your kind patience and understanding. In addition, we have experienced some issues in developing the connection of our B2B site to MS Dynamics, which means our B2B will be down some 2-3 weeks after 1st October, in which case please kindly revert to old school telephone/email in the meantime and we will be glad to assist.
